Please use good packaging, use correct postage and 'signed-for' delivery is strongly recommended.

Please include original references and explanation, and indicate if Exchange or refund is required.

Refunds will be made back to your Card or PayPal account (depending how you paid) when the goods are received by us - and should be visible within a few days following our processing the refund.

For a full product refund, goods must be received in perfect, unopened condition with seals and shrink-wrap intact.

Original shipping charge will be refunded only in case of error on our part.

As a result, we make no warranty as to the security of any information you transmit to us. You transmit information to us at your own risk. We have no desire to infringe your privacy while using our site and we will never provide your personal information to anyone else except if we sell our business in whole or in part.

Companies perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail etc. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes.

Credit payments over the phone are entered directly into PayPal server. For purchasing purposes be aware that you do not have to hold a PayPal account to pay via it. We do not have access to your credit details during the payment process or after, so consequently reiterate that the protection of you details is your responsibility.

(Our contract)
When you place an order to purchase an item from Celestial-gb.com, you will receive an email confirming the receipt and details of your order. If any problems occur with the placement of your order then we will contact you with the details. As a term of our contract the sale is firm upon you receiving the dispatch email (see refunds and cancellations).

(Availability)
In terms of product availability, if we currently have an item(s) out of stock when you wish to place your order then we encourage you to contact us and we will be happy to send you an email as soon as we have the item(s) in stock.

(Your conduct)
We expect people to conduct themselves, when using our website, in a way that will not cause the website or access to it to be impaired or damaged in anyway. You are responsible for all communication with us and content sent to us from your computer, therefore the website must be used for lawful trading purposes only.

Use of the website for the following purposes are strictly prohibited;

  • For uses in connection with a criminal offence or unlawful fraudulent activity.
  • To send or use any material that is illegal and therefore damaging to the reputation of the company.
  • To post non-constructive, slanderous, indecent, abusive or obscene materials that could be injurious to the company or third parties.
  • To send emails which contain software viruses, commercial solicitation or ‘spam’ (namely being, chain or mass mailings).
  • To do anything that causes irritation, inconvenience or anxiety amongst staff and service users.

Review and feedback
If you as a customer are to post anything defamatory about the company whilst you are an existing customer of ours, then we reserve the right to remove, use or reword such comments. If you are unhappy with the service which we have provided we’d prefer that you contact us immediately. Upon discussion we would hope that any issues you have with the service we have provided can be resolved.

Delivery
We aim to Dispatch your items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.

UK Delivery – We use Royal Mail 1st Class for all items below 1.5kgs in weight and City Link next day delivery for all other parcels.

European (Including Non EU) – We use Royal Mail Standard Airmail for all Mail up to 90cms in Size or 5 Kgs in Weight. For all other mail we will use either DHL Express or DPD Road Freight.

International Delivery - We use Royal Mail Standard Airmail for all Mail up to 90cms in Size or 5 Kgs in Weight. For all other mail we will use DHL Express.

All Royal Mail is non-tracked. If you are requiring tracking there is a surcharge of £5 for non UK and £1 for UK. Please email info@celestial-gb.com and title you email TRACKING REQUIRED and we will organise payment with you. Please ensure you do this with 1-2hrs of your payment otherwise we may not be able to apply this service to your order.

On occasions, less than 0.5% of orders are lost or damaged in the post. Please email info@celestial-gb.com and title your email ORDER UPDATE and we will try and locate your item. Under the circumstance that your order cannot be located, a replacement or refund will be organised.

Return policy
We do operate a return policy; however you have a limited amount of time to employ this. You will be given 30 days from dispatch to return your items and furthermore we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee is these terms are breached.

We ask that in the event of a return you contact us first via phone or email.

Cancellation and Return
In the event of a cancellation, we urge you to cancel your order as soon as possible because it is likely that we can retrieve the item before it is sent. However, if the item has already been shipped then we will only reimburse the cost of the product and you will still be charged for postage.

Payments
When purchasing products from the website customers are obliged to pay by credit or debit card, however if you wish to pay by check then you can email the company to arrange this.
